Please be advised that the NOS erroneously includes a section titled Continuing Disclosure.
The Fire District will not be entering into an agreement to provide continuing disclosure in connection with the issuance of the Bonds.
In addition, please be advised that the 2nd to last paragraph of the NOS has been updated.
